3. AI Credits & Usage

Our premium AI features operate on a credit-based system:

• Consumption: One credit is consumed for every consultation message sent to Alka.
• Non-Expiration: Purchased AI credits do not expire as long as your account is active and in good standing.
• Monthly Free Quota: Free accounts receive 20 complimentary messages every month. Unused free messages do not roll over.

4. User Responsibilities

As a manual tracking platform, the accuracy of Alkansya's insights depends entirely on the data you provide. You are responsible for ensuring all transaction and balance entries are accurate and up-to-date.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, access to any remaining AI credits may be forfeited.
